At Meaningfulhandma, we are committed to providing high-quality houseplants and services. We carefully inspect every plant before it leaves our premises to ensure it meets our standards of health and vitality.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery or collection to return houseplants purchased from meaningfulhandma.cv if you change your mind. This complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for return, plants must remain in their original condition with no signs of neglect, damage, or improper care. Plants that have been repotted, pruned, or significantly altered cannot be accepted for return.
All houseplants sold by Meaningfulhandma come with a 7-day health guarantee from the date of delivery or collection. If your plant arrives damaged, diseased, or dies within this period despite proper care, we will replace it or provide a full refund.
This guarantee requires that you follow the care instructions provided with your plant and can demonstrate appropriate care practices such as proper watering and suitable light conditions.

Our team will review your request and respond within two business days with instructions for returning the plant or arranging a replacement.
For returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a courier service that can safely transport plants.
For returns covered by our health guarantee or if the wrong plant was delivered, Meaningfulhandma will arrange and cover the cost of collection.
Once we receive and inspect the returned plant, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a plant health issue covered by our guarantee.
Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a replacement plant of equal value. We can often arrange faster replacements than processing refunds, getting a new healthy plant to you quickly.
If you are not satisfied with our plant maintenance services, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve any concerns and may offer additional visits to address issues.
Maintenance plans can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Prepaid services will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused scheduled visits.
Plant care products such as fertiliser, soil, and pots can be returned within 30 days if unopened and in original packaging. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your plant arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide photographs of the damaged plant and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
If you receive the wrong plant or an incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange collection of the incorrect item and deliver the correct plant at no additional charge.
During winter months, we take extra precautions when shipping houseplants to prevent cold damage. However, extreme weather may require us to delay shipments for plant safety. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
